About Us Robert A. Ray is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Sepcialiaztion. He has been assisting people in Tyler and East Texas for thirty years to protect their legal rights. He has been a speaker at many Texas Bar seminars including the Texas Bar's Annual Convention.
